Enrolments Officer

We are currently seeking an energetic and skilled Enrolments Officer to manage and administer student applications, scholarships and admission processes, with the goal of ensuring maximised enrolments with the College and Early Learning Community. It is vital that you will be able to effectively share the “stories” of the College as it relates to Christian Education, the College’s mission, vision and foundations for life and learning, and student achievement and outcomes.

This is a full-time position with some flexibility for additional time off during School holidays.

Description

The Enrolments Officer will be responsible for:

  • Managing and improving the enrolment process ensuring that all enquiries are followed up, actioned appropriately and timely to ensure we maximise our enrolment opportunities;
  • Organising all documentation, computer processing and communication relating to the enrolment procedures of the College;
  • Conducting tours of the College for prospective parents and students; and
  • Keeping abreast of all Government regulations regarding enrolment of citizens, permanent residents and temporary residents.

Personal Requirements

The successful applicant will also be required to demonstrate:

  • A commitment to quality service, customer care and effective customer liaison;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain constructive work relationships at all levels and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times;
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping and database management skills;
  • Highly developed time management skills with the ability to establish and maintain priorities in an environment that needs a flexible yet systematic approach;
  • A high standard of personal presentation and integrity; and
  • Ability and desire to learn and develop professionally, personally, and spiritually;

Applicants Must

  • Be able to demonstrate a Christian commitment consistent with the College’s Ethos;
  • Have or be willing to obtain a ‘Working with Children Blue Card’ prior to commencement;
  • Have current first aid certificate with CPR or willing to obtain;
  • Have phenomenal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team; and
  • Have a friendly, professional and positive demeanour.

Position Description – Enrolments Officer

Cleaner

We are currently seeking a Cleaner/s for before and/or after school cleaning shifts between 2-4 hours up to 18 hours per week.

Caloundra Christian College is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 independent Christian school on the Sunshine Coast. We are a team of committed educators and support personnel who fundamentally believe that students learn best when they feel safe, respected, and are genuinely engaged and challenged by purposeful, creative, differentiated opportunities to learn about themselves and the impact they can make in the world they live in.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene of College buildings, and must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Ability to work minimum two hour shifts in morning (from 5:30am or 6:00am) or afternoon (from 3:15pm or 3:30pm)
  • Professional and reliable cleaner, able to work without supervision and with high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ability to cope with the physical demands of the job, and have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks for the scheduled cleaning and in accordance with Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain a Positive Notice blue card from the Queensland’s Working with Children Check
  • Maintain full vaccination status for COVID
  • Demonstrate a Christian commitment consistent with the College’s Ethos

Position Description

Bus Driver

We are currently seeking a Bus Driver for before and after school trips with additional hours available for sports runs and excursions.

Caloundra Christian College is a Pre-Kindy to Year 12 independent Christian school on the Sunshine Coast. Relief / Casual / Supply Teachers - Primary and/or Secondary

We are currently seeking professional teachers to join our relief pool who are passionate about helping young people learn, have the ability to provide an engaging program for students in the absence of their regular class teacher. You will provide high quality and continuity of education to the students.
