Accounts Payable - Part-time 20 hours/week

The College is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Officer to provide financial, administrative and clerical services in an effective, efficient, and accurate manner to ensure the College’s suppliers are paid within the established timeframes. The days required for work will be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate:

  • Ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • A commitment to quality service, customer care, and effective customer liaison
  • A Christian commitment consistent with the College’s ethos

Position Description – Accounts Payable

Various Positions - OSHC Co-ordinator / OSHC Lead Educator / OSHC Assistant / Bus Driver / Cleaner

We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced persons for the following position/s:

Relief work for immediate start, as required

  • OSHC Lead Educator – casual for vacation care
  • OSHC Assistant – casual position, minimum 2 hrs per shift
  • Bus Driver – casual relief position, minimum 2 hrs per shift
  • Cleaner – casual relief position, minimum 2 hrs per shift

Commencing for 2019

  • OSHC Co-ordinator / Lead Educator – permanent part-time position, minimum 18 hrs per week, up to 38 hrs during vacation care
  • Bus Driver – casual permanent, minimum 20 hrs per week

Applicants must hold the required qualifications referred in the position descriptions, a Blue Card (Working with Children) or be eligible to obtain, and are required to demonstrate a Christian commitment consistent with the College’s ethos.
