OSHC Co-ordinator / Lead Educator

We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced person to fulfil the position of OSHC Co-ordinator / Lead Educator.  This position is permanent part-time with a minimum of 18 hours per week during school term-time and up to 38 hours per week during vacation care.

The successful person will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating quality programs for children from 5 – 12 years. You will actively support the provision of quality Out of School Hours Care that meets the individual and group needs of the children.

Applicants must hold the required qualifications referred in the position descriptions, a Blue Card (Working with Children) or be eligible to obtain, and are required to demonstrate a Christian commitment consistent with the College’s ethos.

International Office Assistant

We are seeking to employ an International Office team member on a contract for twelve months for two days a week however you will be required to work additional hours during peak periods, potentially up to five days a week. You will assist our current International staff in the operations of short term study tours, long term International students and coordination of the homestay program. You will provide administrative support to the program across a range of functions in the day to day operations of the International program.  Your role is pivotal to ensuring the International program operates smoothly, professionally and efficiently.

To succeed in this role you will have a high level of commitment, great organisational skills, be a self-starter, with the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgement. You will also possess the ability to deal with people at all levels. You must be able to handle confidential matters accordingly and your time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills need to be first class. You will hold or be eligible to hold a Blue Card from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian.
